Slow life stay in Thyon

This summer, it’s decided, we’re getting away from the daily hustle and bustle to reconnect with our inner selves, regain our energy and live at the #slowlife pace!

Try an immersive stay dedicated to relaxation and meditation through workshops, outdoor activities and healthy cuisine. The beautiful setting of Thyon offers a fabulous panorama conducive to contemplation, a nature and wellness cure.

Program

of your stay

The slow life stay is for anyone wishing to take a break to return to the essential and discover or perfect the practice of meditation.

Day 1
  • 2:30-4:00 pm: aarrival and check-in
  • 4:00 pm:welcome drink and introduction
  • 5:30-6:30 pm: 1st workshop: Approach to meditation – regaining energy
  • 7:30 pm: meal Auberge de l’Ours
Day 2
  • 7:30 to 8:30 am: breakfast
  • 8:30 am: accompanied ride focused on getting back to basics ( a five-sense experience)
  • 12:30 pm: raclette
  • afternoon: free, massage, energy healing or horseback riding
  • 4:30-6:00 pm: 2nd workshop: Workshops sorting out one’s relationships
  • 7:30 pm: meal
Day 3
  • 7:30 to 9:00 am: breakfast
  • 9:30 to 11:00 am: 2nd workshop: guided meditation ( if possible outside, nature)
  • 12:30 pm: 2-course meal at Alpage
  • 14:00: Alpine pasture visit – cheese making
  • Afternoon: free, massage ,energy care or Horseback riding tour
  • 19:30: meal

Day 4
  • 7:30 -8:30: sunrise meditation and closing
  • 9:00:breakfast
  • from 11:00: departure
