Shuttles

Every Tuesday from July 5 to September 13, a shuttle bus is organized from the regions of Hérémence and Thyon or Evolène and Saint-Martin to allow you to discover an easy “terroir” hike between the alpine pastures of Chemeuille in the commune of Evolène and Mandelon in the commune of Hérémence.

Les Collons - Grande - Dixence

Nested at the bottom of the Val des Dix, parallel branch of the Val d’Hérens, the Grande Dixence dam is accessible by a beautiful mountain road only 30 minutes from Sion, capital of the Valais.
For travelers without a car, the Theytaz Excursions buses serve this exceptional site from June to October, then a cable car takes visitors to the dam’s crowning glory, the starting point for family walks or alpine hikes
