ACOE

FOR WHOM. For event organizing associations (ACOE members only) at a rate of once per type of event. For restaurants or other partners at a rate of once per season (1x winter, 1x summer). No subsidies will be granted outside the tourist area managed by Thyon Région Tourisme SA, as stipulated by the law on tourism. The subsidy granted is distributed according to the envelope available in the destination.

WHEN TO APPLY? Submission of applications via the form or by email to info@thyon-region.ch who will acknowledge receipt of the application in writing. To be submitted before 31/10 (winter season) or 15/5 (summer season), no later than 30 days before the event. A committee of 3 people (2 TRT SA directors and the director) must meet and give its opinion. A response from TRT SA will be given within 30 days of the request. The commune of Vex will give an answer on what concerns it after council meetings (1 meeting per month).

What can THYON REGION TOURISME offer as a service? Provision of equipment free of charge according to availability (equipment check-out and check-in sheet to be signed with 1 employee of the tourist office at the time of collection and return. The material returned in bad condition or lost will be charged according to the conditions indicated on this document). Payment of artists’ fees, animation services and or means of communication (on presentation of the invoice). Attention, not fixed price but precise invoice.
